Design Tips and Additional Ordering Info
Determining pin size:
The pin sizes shown on the price charts refer to the longest of either the height
or the width. A 1 1/2" pin would therefore be either 1 1/2" wide or high depending
on the specific design.
Tooling and Dies:
1. Cutouts and loops: Each inner cutout or loop, add $ 15.00 per hole flat
charge and $ .05 / per cutout per pin to the unit price.
2. Backstamp on reverse sie of emblem: Add $ 50.00 backstamp die and $ .05 per unit.
3. 3D dies are available. Call for price quote.
4. Dated dies will be kept for the current year only from the date of your last order.
Undated dies will be stored for 2 years from the date of your last order.
Pre-production Sample Fee:
If a pre-production sample is required, call for details. Please allow
an additional 2 weeks for sample approval.
Terms:
50 % deposit due before order is processed and the remaining balance is C.O.D.
unless prior arrangements are made before ordering. Orders that are prepaid at
the start of production save C.O.D charges. Checks (preferred), money orders,
Paypal, Visa and Mastercard are accepted.
Prices:
All prices are subject to change without notice. Goods are F.O.B. Ronald, WA.
Shipping costs are based on actual weight of goods. Please add $ 10.00 for C.O.D.
shipments. All goods are shipped insured.
Ideas for year to year similar pins
Make a simple color change and combine all for quantity discount. For example, in the 3 pins above, order 100 from each color (green, white and black) and get the 300 pin price.
The change above involves using two different dies, therefore if 100 were ordered from each design, there would be a 100 quantity price for each design.
The change above shows a "hybrid" process which combines pigment filling the die, then screen printing the white and black lettering. An economical way to make a change using the same die. Note: Screen printing incurs a $ 35 per color extra charge.
