Embroidery coverage defines the amount of embroidery across the entire surface of a patch.
Plating Options
All emblems are packaged in individual plastic bags unless otherwise requested. Acrylic cases and Velvet cases are also available for an additional charge (see above).

Patches
Size: Length plus width divided by 2 equals size. ( example: 4" + 2" = 6" ÷ 2" = 3" patch size)
Measure patch in the position that it will be worn, i.e. for rectangles and squares measure corner to corner, for diamond shapes (a square turned 45 degrees), measure point to point..
Area of Embroidery: The percentage of the patch which is covered by stitching.
Extra Colors: Price includes up to 7 colors. Add $ .10 per color/pc. for each color over 7. Maximum 12 colors
Metallic Thread: Gold or silver thread is available. Add 15 % to price of patch
Special Background Material: Standard is cotton/polyester twill. Add 15 % for velvet or felt background material.
Heat Seal Backing: Add $ .05 per inch on sizes up to 6" and $ .08 per inch from 7" to 13"
Sample Charge: If pre-production sample is required, model and art charge is $ 100 ($ 75 credited when order is placed)
Artwork: Send a sketch of your design or a sample of the emblem to be reproduced, our artist will do the rest.
Delivery: Normal delivery is 4-6 weeks from receipt of your order. RUSH ORDERS: Less than 3 weeks.. Ask for detail
